Paying taxes....? are some taxes unconstitutional?

I have heard a few people say that they are tax protestors.... I was wanting to know more about this subject..... Some people have told me that income tax is unconstitutional..... can't you get in trouble for not paying taxes ... and which taxes would they be? all or just some?
