Should Hillary run in 2012?

Obama's speech last night, and his overall lack of action with the oil spill, reminded me of Hillary's "who do you want answering the phone at 3am?" commercial. Obama has had a real lack of experience in his political career, getting elected or appointed to office only to immediately beginning running for the next step up without actually having any accomplishments under his belt. Obama seems to me to only want to be an idea guy, and does not want to get bogged down with things like actually leading... this even happened with the debacle that was health care reform, when he turned other his idea to Congress to have them make a spectacle out of it. Is it time for Hillary to stand up, challenge this administration, and declare her candidacy for 2012?
