Increase virtual memory on second hard drive?

I have a 10gb IDE (162mbs left) in my quad core, 3gig ddr2, computer to hold windows and I use a 300gb external HDD for holding my games. Anyways I need to know if I can increase the amount of VRam since my 10gb HDD has a max of 400mb to use for vram and I want to make my programs not run as "crappily"
