Does anyone know anything about a Sears torpedo heater?

When I pour kerosene through the line it works fine, when I stop the flame goes out. Do they have pumps to pump the kerosene and if so where would it be? It says 15 amp on it, does it have a fuse somewhere? it is a Sears, Roebuck & Co. so I know it is an older model even though it is in great condition. I checked the flame sensor, and the fuel filter and bought a new spark plug for it.
