Anybody tried a netty pot for allergies?

I cannot get any relief from my allergies. We've installed an electrostatic air cleaner to our furnace...still see dust! I'm on allegra and nothing seems to help. Everyday I have pressure over my eyes, sneezing and headaches. What else can I do?
