How do i go off to college on my own?

hi..im 17 years old and i turn 18 in january and i got accepted to fsu,fau,fiu,uwf and i will graduate this year but my parents say i cant go to these colleges because they want me to go to usf(5 min away from our home). I really want to go to fsu and i have about $5000 saved right now and will probably have another $7000 by the time i graduate..is that enough to live on my own without the help of my parents.
