Bad hair dye job? Help?

So I tried to dye my bright red hair back to blonde, and well... Didn't go well. It's splotchy and some pieces are orange and some are brown and blonde. My hair is naturally dark brown but I've dyed it a lot. How can I fix this? I can't go to a professional place, but I have a collection of brown and black dyes. How can I make my hair less damaged after dying it twice in two days?
