Do military barbershops cut civilians hair?

Ive always wanted to get my hair buzzed all off by a military barber. Next month I am going to visit my friend on base in Sand Diego.I was wondering if I may have a opportunity to do something I've always wanted to do. My hair is past my shoulders and I want to get my hair all buzzed off to bald. Would they deny me cause Im a civilian? Will they deny me a buzz cause Im a girl? How long will it take them to buzz off all my hair if they do?
