Texas Divorce Law Papers served to another state?

In the state of Texas the divorce papers say I have 20 days to respond then the following monday. the 20 days will be on the 2nd of March. Does this mean I have until monday after the 2nd to get the papers in before the petinonar ges everything he asked for in the divorc/child custody or is my day up on the exact 2nd?
