Can you make a gl shop using only wood to fi er glory hole/kiln/annealer?

Theoretically yes but it would take a whole lot of hard, high temp yeilding wood. Do you know how hot you need to get your furnace? At least 2300 degrees Fahrenheit! Not only that but you need to be able to accurately CONTROL and SUSPEND this temp for HOURS OR DAYS! Perhaps your best best is to look up historical glblowing techniques. The "beehive" kiln uses a drafting system to melt gl and they fire with wood. Check out ancient Greek and Venetian techniques. Also a good source for technical glblowing equipment building is Henry Halem's "Gl Notes"
