I'm going to ume that you need to figure out what sequence the sticky end will pair with. You didn't indicate 5' and 3' ends, or where exactly the overhang is. If the overhang sequence is supposed to be GAAT, then this will pair with ATTC (actually CTTA), which is answer D. If the overhang is ACCT, then this will pair with TGGA, which is answer A. You probably need to clarify, though.
