What are the top Drugstore and High-End Tinted Moisturizers for oily skin?

I am a pretty big makeup junkie, but i haven't had a lot of experience with tinted moisturizers. I've heard great reviews of the Laura Mercier one, as well as the Covergirl CG Aqua Smoothers. However, i'm not sure how they will react with my skin, since i have oily skin. I want to find a great one that's perfect for summer since i won't be wearing heavy foundation. Thanks for the help!
