I have a DP Audio 240 Watts x 5 Car Amplifier, DA1200.5 ...wat sub or subs should I get the most sound?

I want something mid price range and something that'll give me the best sound quality and loudness for the price...me and my friend were looking at some alpine type Rs but they were on the expensive side. Any suggestions?
