Computer help with RAM?

Now.. I bought a new RAM card yesterday and I frigged up my computer after... but then I fixed it but as I told you I put in a new RAM card and my other that came with my computer I had to take out because my computer wont start. Any suggestions on how I can have both of my RAM cards in my computer without frigging up my PC.
